Me. Cyrille Durand-Fontanel advises companies and their leaders in business law in France and internationally. He has negotiated contracts and resolved disputes in more than 30 countries on five continents, in English and French. Thanks to his experience and his network he can advise you in France and abroad.
He gratuated from
- Postgraduate degree (Master 2) in buisness law
- Postgraduate degree (Master 2) in criminal law & human rights
- Bachelor degree (Licence) in public law
- and also Executive MBA d’HEC.
Me. Durand-Fontanel was previously head of legal affairs and then General Counsel and member of the Executive Committees of subsidiaries of major international groups, before founding “CDF Audit & Negotiation Consultants SAS” and becoming a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2013.
He regularly leads trainings in large companies or SMEs, CCI or business incubators. He teaches in Master in particular:
- “The law and technique of IT contracts
” in Master at the CNAM, Paris - “Criminal Business Law “Master’s degree at the Ecole Supérieure des Assurances, Paris
- “Management of ethics, and compliance “at the Ecole Supérieure des Assurances, Paris
- “Introduction to the law”, at the École Supérieure des Assurances, Paris
Continuously a student trainee in Master 2 in Business Law and / or who prepares the entrance examination to the Regional training centre for the Bar assists him.
At the moment, Miss Emma Bougzoul is doing an internship with Me Durand-Fontanel.

- Bachelor’s degree (Licence) in general law with a year aboard in Bonn, Germany (ERASMUS Program)
